Citrix Subscription Advantage™ Renewal

Citrix Subscription Advantage™ (SA) allows you to download the latest Citrix product version upgrades available during your membership term.  These updates include any major changes to the underlying product architecture and/or updates to the feature set of a given product platform.

Although Citrix product licenses are purchased through authorized resellers, annual SA is purchased direct from Citrix.  For the  most part, the SA renewal process is very straight forward and easy to understand.  However, it can become confusing and time consuming if one or more of the following circumstances apply:
